At ShopWinneba, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 7 days from the date of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
All returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your delivery. Items must be in their original condition with packaging intact.
Send us a message on WhatsApp with your order number and reason for return.
Repack the item in its original packaging. Include all accessories, manuals, and tags.
Our delivery team will come to your location to collect the item at no extra cost.
Once we verify the returned item, your refund is sent directly to your Mobile Money account.
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days via Mobile Money (MTN MoMo, Vodafone Cash, or AirtelTigo Money).
Refunds are sent to the same Mobile Money number used during checkout. If you paid on delivery, please provide your preferred MoMo number when initiating the return.
