Browse our products, select the item you want, choose your preferred size or variant, and click "Add to Cart". When you are ready, proceed to checkout, enter your delivery details and choose your payment method. You can also order directly via WhatsApp by messaging us at 0548 544 533.
Can I order via WhatsApp?
Yes! Simply send us a message on WhatsApp at 0548 544 533 with the product you want, your delivery address, and preferred payment method. Our team will process your order immediately.
Is there a minimum order amount?
No, there is no minimum order amount. You can order any product regardless of price. However, delivery fees may apply depending on your location within Winneba and the Central Region.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
You can modify or cancel your order before it has been dispatched. Contact us immediately via WhatsApp at 0548 544 533 or call us at 0548 544 533 to request changes.

Payment Methods

What payment methods are accepted?
We accept Mobile Money (MTN MoMo, Vodafone Cash, AirtelTigo Money), Cash on Delivery within Winneba, and bank transfer. Mobile Money is the fastest and most convenient option.
How do I pay with Mobile Money?
During checkout, select Mobile Money as your payment method. You will receive a payment prompt on your phone. Enter your PIN to confirm the payment. You will receive a confirmation SMS once the payment is successful.
Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes, Cash on Delivery is available for orders within Winneba town. You pay the delivery rider when your order arrives at your doorstep. Please have the exact amount ready.

Delivery within Winneba town costs GHS 5-10 depending on your location. Deliveries to other areas in the Central Region range from GHS 15-30. Free delivery is available on select orders above GHS 200.
Do you deliver outside Winneba?
Yes, we deliver across the Central Region including Cape Coast, Kasoa, Mankessim, Saltpond, and surrounding towns. Delivery times and fees vary by location.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes, you can choose to pick up your order at our Winneba location. You will receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup. Pickup is free of charge.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
You can return most items within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Contact us via WhatsApp to initiate a return.
How do I request a refund?
Contact us on WhatsApp at 0548 544 533 with your order number and reason for the refund. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days via Mobile Money.
What items cannot be returned?
Perishable goods (food, beverages), personal care items, underwear, customized products, and items damaged by the customer cannot be returned. Digital products and gift cards are also non-returnable.
Who pays for return shipping?
If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, ShopWinneba covers the return shipping cost. If you are returning for personal reasons (changed your mind, wrong size ordered), the return shipping fee is your responsibility.

How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a WhatsApp message with your tracking information. You can also message us at 0548 544 533 with your order number to get a live update on your delivery status.
I haven't received my order. What should I do?
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp at 0548 544 533 or call 0548 544 533. We will investigate and provide an update.
My order arrived damaged. What do I do?
Please take photos of the damaged item and packaging, then contact us via WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
