What payment methods are accepted?
We accept Mobile Money (MTN MoMo, Vodafone Cash, AirtelTigo Money), Cash on Delivery within Winneba, and bank transfer. Mobile Money is the fastest and most convenient option.
How do I pay with Mobile Money?
During checkout, select Mobile Money as your payment method. You will receive a payment prompt on your phone. Enter your PIN to confirm the payment. You will receive a confirmation SMS once the payment is successful.
Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes, Cash on Delivery is available for orders within Winneba town. You pay the delivery rider when your order arrives at your doorstep. Please have the exact amount ready.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. We do not store your Mobile Money PIN or bank details. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. Your financial information is never shared with third parties.

How long does delivery take?
Delivery within Winneba town typically takes 1-2 hours for in-stock items. Deliveries to other parts of the Central Region take 1-3 business days. We will notify you with a tracking update once your order is dispatched.
What are the delivery fees?
Delivery within Winneba town costs GHS 5-10 depending on your location. Deliveries to other areas in the Central Region range from GHS 15-30. Free delivery is available on select orders above GHS 200.
Do you deliver outside Winneba?
Yes, we deliver across the Central Region including Cape Coast, Kasoa, Mankessim, Saltpond, and surrounding towns. Delivery times and fees vary by location.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes, you can choose to pick up your order at our Winneba location. You will receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup. Pickup is free of charge.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
You can return most items within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Contact us via WhatsApp to initiate a return.
How do I request a refund?

0548 544 533 with your order number and reason for the refund. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days via Mobile Money.
What items cannot be returned?
Perishable goods (food, beverages), personal care items, underwear, customized products, and items damaged by the customer cannot be returned. Digital products and gift cards are also non-returnable.
Who pays for return shipping?
If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, ShopWinneba covers the return shipping cost. If you are returning for personal reasons (changed your mind, wrong size ordered), the return shipping fee is your responsibility.
